Jennifer A. Ramirez - President
Jennifer discovered her passion for the HVAC industry in 2013 and quickly immersed herself in learning everything she could—including Building Automation Systems (BAS), which sparked a deep interest early on. Her journey led her to an OEM company, where she gained valuable technical insight, and later to leading an HVAC division at a facility management firm. After returning to Michael James Industries as Business Development Manager, Jen recognized a growing need for smarter, more integrated building solutions. Driven by her belief that BAS could transform the way buildings operate—making them more efficient, sustainable, and responsive—she founded MJI Energy Services Group to bridge the gap between mechanical systems and intelligent automation. Her mission is simple: to bring innovation, clarity, and performance to every building we touch.
Michael S. Herman - Vice President
Michael is the owner and founder of Michael James Industries. The company has been in business for over 25 years specializing in HVAC Service, Maintenance, Design, and Installation. Michael’s experience of over 35 years in the Mechanical Industry has allowed him to see all aspects of the industry from engineering to installation, maintenance, operation and control, emergency service, and commissioning. Michael’s passion for excellence has led him to MJI Energy Services Group, where he can help reinvent the building automation industry.
